Vizible AI for brands: every feature to track and grow your visibility in AI answers
Vizible AI asks six AI platforms the questions your buyers ask, every day, and shows where your brand is named, which sources AI engines cite and what to do next. Here is every feature for brands, from AI Share of Voice tracking to the website audit and daily tasks.
Vizible AI shows brands how often ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode recommend them, and what to do next to be recommended more often. Every day it asks those platforms the questions your buyers ask, records where your brand appears, in what position and next to which competitors, then turns what it finds into one concrete task. Around that daily run, it audits your pages for AI engines, tracks the AI crawlers reading your site and measures the visits AI assistants send you. Here is each feature and what it shows you.
Why your brand needs its own AI visibility data
Buyers now ask AI assistants for recommendations before they visit a single vendor website, and the brands named in that answer are the ones that make the shortlist. Search rankings do not tell you whether you are one of them, so AI visibility needs its own measurement.
The shift is already measurable. In G2's March 2026 survey of 1,076 B2B software buyers, 51% said they now start software research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google, up from 29% a year earlier. AI answers also draw on a wider set of pages than the first page of Google: an Ahrefs study of 863,000 keywords found that 38% of the pages cited in Google AI Overviews rank in the top 10 for the same query, which means most cited pages come from further down or from elsewhere.
What matters is how often your brand is named across the real questions of your market, compared with your competitors. That metric is AI Share of Voice, and every feature in Vizible AI is built to measure it and help you grow it. Our guide on how to measure AI Share of Voice explains the method in detail.
Track your AI Share of Voice every day
Every day, each of your prompts is sent to each AI platform you track, and every answer is analysed to find which brands it names and in what order. Your dashboard turns this into a visibility score, your AI Share of Voice, your average position, the sentiment of each mention and a ranking of your brand against your competitors.
Prompts are the foundation, so Vizible AI builds them from your website. You enter your URL, and it proposes a description of your business, your niche and your main competitors, all of which you can edit. It then writes prompts that sound like real buyer questions, such as "Which payroll software should a small company choose?". Prompts never include your brand name or a competitor's, so the results show how AI engines answer a buyer who does not know you yet. They are grouped by theme, each with its own colour, so you can see at a glance which topics you own and which ones your competitors lead.
AI Share of Voice is the share of AI answers to your market's buying questions that name your brand, measured against the competitors named in those same answers.
Starter tracks 20 prompts on three platforms, Growth 50 prompts on four and Pro 100 prompts on five, and every plan lets you choose among all six platforms. That adds up to 1,860, 6,200 or 15,500 analysed AI answers a month. You can also track by country, to see how your brand performs in each of your markets.
Every answer stays available for 90 days. You can open it and read exactly what the assistant said: which brand it recommended first, how it described yours and which arguments it used. Our analysis of AI brand sentiment shows why that wording matters as much as the mention itself.
See which sources AI engines cite in your market
Citation Sources shows the pages and domains AI engines rely on when they answer your buyers' questions, by domain, by URL and by prompt. You see where your own site is cited, and which pages cite your competitors in answers where your brand is not mentioned yet.
These sources are often outside brand websites: comparison articles, review profiles, YouTube videos, Reddit threads and LinkedIn posts. That matches what we found when we looked at where AI citations really come from, with most citations pointing to pages the brand does not own.
Every URL in that list is a concrete opportunity. A comparison article cited across a dozen of your prompts is a page you can ask to join, and a well-cited guide from a competitor is a page you can answer with a better one. Your own pages that AI engines already cite show you what works on your site and deserve to be kept fresh.
Audit your website for AI engines
The website audit reads your pages the way an AI crawler does and gives each one a score. Every month it scans 15, 30 or 50 pages depending on your plan, and you can run 10, 20 or 40 extra scans on demand. Each page gets a technical check of what AI crawlers actually receive and a content score out of 100.
Vizible AI selects the monthly pages for you: your homepage, your commercial pages, the pages AI engines already cite most and your latest articles. On-demand scans let you check any other page, such as a new landing page on the day it goes live.
The technical check focuses on what AI crawlers really see. In Vercel and MERJ's analysis of crawler traffic, published in December 2024, none of the major AI crawlers rendered JavaScript, including OpenAI's crawlers and ClaudeBot. A FAQ, a pricing table or a product description loaded by JavaScript can look perfect in a browser and be invisible to the bot that feeds ChatGPT. The audit shows your page as those crawlers receive it and points out exactly which content they miss. Our test of whether AI crawlers render JavaScript explains the mechanics.
The content score adapts to the type of page, because an AI engine needs different things from each one. Articles are scored on E-E-A-T, the signals of experience, expertise, authority and trust. Product pages, pricing pages, homepages and comparison pages each have their own criteria, built around what an AI needs to describe them accurately. Every quote from your page used in the analysis is checked word for word against the live page, so each recommendation points to a real sentence on your site.
Findings do not stay in a report. Each problem becomes a task in your task board, and the audit shows how many tasks it created, so fixing your pages fits straight into your weekly routine.
See which AI crawlers read your site
Crawler Analytics shows which AI crawlers visit your site, which pages they read most and which pages return errors to them, with visits over time and a full visit log. It follows more than 40 crawlers, including GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Applebot, Mistral's crawler and the Google and Bing bots.
Every visit is checked against the IP address lists that crawler operators publish, then labelled verified, fake or unverifiable. Fake bots, usually scrapers borrowing a famous name, are removed from your numbers, so the figures you see reflect real AI crawlers. Our guide to verifying AI crawlers explains how that impersonation works.
You can connect your site in a few minutes with the WordPress plugin, an edge worker, the main hosting platforms, Nginx or Apache logs, or the API. Plans include 50,000, 150,000 or 300,000 logged crawler visits a month, the visit log exports to CSV, and IP addresses and URL parameters are never stored. For the bigger picture, our guide to AI crawler log analysis shows how to read these visits page by page.
Measure the traffic AI sends to your site
The Website Traffic from AI page connects to Google Analytics 4 in one click and isolates the visits that come from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and others. You see which assistants send you visitors, which pages they land on and which countries they come from.
Five cards summarise it: AI sessions, engaged sessions, average session duration, AI's share of your total traffic and visitors brought by AI, each with a small trend chart and its change over the period. Put next to your visibility score, these numbers connect being named in AI answers to real visits on your site. Get one GEO task every day
Every day, our AI agent turns your data into one clear task, placed on a Kanban board. Tasks follow a set order of priority: first a technical problem found by the audit and verified on your live site, then an action drawn from the places where your competitors are cited and you are not yet.
Those actions are specific: reaching out to a YouTube creator who covers your category, publishing a LinkedIn article, getting your brand into a comparison article AI engines already cite, creating a page your site is missing, or writing a stronger version of a competitor's page that wins citations. A G2 or Capterra profile comes up once, because review sites carry real weight: in G2's July 2026 survey of 1,038 software decision-makers, review sites (38%) and AI chatbots (37%) were the two biggest influences on which vendors make the shortlist. When no specific action stands out, the task is an article.
Each task has an "Open in Content" button that takes you straight to the matching piece, ready to work on.
Create content AI engines can cite
Content gathers everything Vizible AI prepares for you, sorted by type: articles, web pages, YouTube and LinkedIn. Articles are written for Answer Engine Optimization, researched and sourced, and always about your market, so they serve your buyers first.
Web pages and YouTube videos come as ready-to-use outlines, and LinkedIn content comes as articles and posts. Starter includes 3 articles a month, Growth 6 and Pro 12. Tasks and Content stay in sync in both directions, and each piece shows why it was suggested with a link back to its task. When an article is ready, you publish it directly to WordPress, through the plugin or WordPress.com.
Reports and several brands in one account
The Report menu gives you a complete view of your AI visibility to share with your team, and the Growth and Pro plans add PDF reports. A single account can track one, two or three brands depending on your plan, and you switch from one to another in the menu, each with its own prompts, competitors and tasks.
Your first results in a few minutes
Getting started takes a few minutes. You enter your website, review the description, competitors and prompts Vizible AI proposes, and your first analysis starts right away on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
The first answers arrive within two to five minutes, and your results page fills up live with the ranking of brands in your market and the URLs and domains AI engines cite. A getting started guide then walks you through completing your prompts, exploring Sources, analysing a competitor and connecting Google Analytics 4 and Crawler Analytics. Your first task arrives the next day.
