Vizible AI for agencies: every feature to track and report AI visibility for your clients
Vizible AI gives agencies a dedicated workspace for every client, daily tracking on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google's AI, and white-label reports to share. Here is every agency feature, from client workspaces to weekly recommendations.
Vizible AI gives agencies one place to track how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode talk about each of their clients. Every client gets its own workspace with daily AI visibility tracking, citation sources, a website audit, Crawler Analytics, AI traffic from Google Analytics 4 and weekly recommendations. Everything rolls up into white-label reports carrying your agency's logo, ready for the next client meeting. Here is each feature and how it fits into agency work.
Why clients are asking agencies about AI visibility
AI search has become the first service clients ask their agencies to add. Their buyers now get recommendations from AI assistants, and they want to know whether their brand is part of the answer, how it compares with competitors and what the agency is doing about it.
The demand shows up in the numbers. In the 2026 AgencyAnalytics Marketing Agency Benchmarks Report, based on 494 agency professionals surveyed between February and April 2026, 66% said AEO and SEO for AI search is the service clients most want added, ahead of paid ads at 55%. On the buyer side, G2's March 2026 survey of 1,076 B2B software buyers found that 51% now start their research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google.
The same AgencyAnalytics report found that 41% of agencies face new challenges measuring ROI as search changes. Clients want proof, and proof starts with a number they can follow month after month: AI Share of Voice. Our piece on GEO for agencies looks at how agencies are building that service; Vizible AI gives them the data and the reports to run it.
One workspace per client, as many clients as you need
Every agency plan includes unlimited clients and unlimited prompts, with all six AI platforms available for each client. Each client has its own workspace with its dashboard, prompts, sources, AI traffic, crawlers, recommendations and website audit. Each workspace runs on the same tracking and audit features described in Vizible AI for brands.
Platforms, country and prompt language are set client by client. A retail client in France can be tracked in French on ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, while a SaaS client in the United States is tracked in English on all six platforms. From the agency home, the Overview page lists every client with its key numbers, so you can see at a glance which accounts are gaining visibility and which need attention this week.
Track each client's AI Share of Voice every day
Every day, each client's prompts are sent to the AI platforms selected for that client, and every answer is analysed to find which brands it names and in what order. Each client dashboard shows a visibility score, AI Share of Voice, average position, the sentiment of each mention and a ranking against the client's competitors.
Prompts are real buyer questions for the client's market, such as "Which accounting firm is best for startups in Lyon?", grouped by theme with a colour for each. They never include the client's brand or its competitors' names, so the results show how AI engines answer a buyer who does not know the brand yet. You can generate prompts with AI, edit them or add your own for each client.
AI Share of Voice is the share of AI answers to a market's buying questions that name a brand, measured against the competitors named in those same answers.
Analysed answers come from one monthly pool shared across all your clients: 10,000 on Agency Starter, 25,000 on Agency Growth and 60,000 on Agency Scale. You decide how to spread it, giving more prompts and platforms to your largest clients, and a pack of 5,000 extra answers can be added to your monthly bill whenever you take on new accounts. Every answer stays available for 90 days, so you can show a client exactly what an assistant said about them and how it described them, a point our analysis of AI brand sentiment explores in depth. The method behind the metric is covered in our guide on how to measure AI Share of Voice.
Show clients which sources AI engines cite
Sources shows the pages and domains AI engines rely on when they answer each client's prompts, by domain, by URL and by prompt. It highlights the pages cited in answers where competitors appear and the client does not yet, which turns a vague goal into a list of concrete targets.
Those targets are often outside the client's own website: comparison articles, review profiles, YouTube videos, Reddit threads and LinkedIn posts, as we found when we studied where AI citations really come from. For an agency, that list becomes the client's GEO roadmap: digital PR targets, content to create and pages to update, each tied to the prompts it can win.
Audit every client's website for AI engines
The website audit reads each client's pages the way an AI crawler does and scores them. Every client gets a monthly scan of 30 pages chosen by Vizible AI, covering the homepage, commercial pages, the pages AI engines cite most and the latest articles. On top of that, your plan includes 100, 250 or 600 on-demand scans a month to use across all your clients.
Each page gets a technical check of what AI crawlers actually receive. Vercel and MERJ's analysis of crawler traffic, published in December 2024, found that none of the major AI crawlers rendered JavaScript, so content loaded by scripts can be invisible to them. The audit shows each page as those crawlers see it and lists what they miss, which our test of whether AI crawlers render JavaScript explains in detail.
Each page also gets a content score out of 100 adapted to its type. Articles are scored on E-E-A-T, and product pages, pricing pages, homepages and comparison pages each have their own criteria. Every quote from the client's page used in the analysis is checked word for word against the live page, so your recommendations always point to a real sentence.
For agencies, the audit includes a to-do list of fixes for each client and a "Download the report" button, so the findings go straight into a deliverable.
Crawler Analytics for every client site
Crawler Analytics shows which AI crawlers visit each client's site, which pages they read most and which pages return errors to them. It follows more than 40 crawlers, including GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Applebot and the Google and Bing bots, with visits over time, a full visit log and CSV exports.
Every visit is checked against the IP address lists that crawler operators publish and labelled verified, fake or unverifiable, and fake bots are removed from the numbers. Our guide to verifying AI crawlers explains why that matters. Agency plans include 250,000, 750,000 or 2 million logged crawler visits a month, and each client site connects through the WordPress plugin, an edge worker, the main hosting platforms, server logs or the API.
Measure the traffic AI sends to each client
Each client workspace connects to Google Analytics 4 in one click and isolates visits that come from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and others. You see which assistants send visitors, which pages they land on and which countries they come from.
Five cards summarise AI sessions, engaged sessions, average duration, AI's share of total traffic and visitors brought by AI, each with its trend. Next to the visibility score, these numbers let you show a client how being named in AI answers turns into visits on their site. Our guide to measuring AI traffic in GA4 explains how AI referral traffic is recorded.
Weekly recommendations for every client
Every Monday, Vizible AI publishes recommendations for each client, drawn from the last four weeks of AI answers. They turn a month of answers into concrete next steps for that client.
For account managers, that means each weekly client check-in starts with a short list of actions grounded in the client's own data.
White-label reports and share links
The Reports page in the agency home produces two PDF reports for any client, both carrying your agency's logo. The full AI visibility report gathers the client's AI visibility data in one document. The website audit report runs to five pages: a summary with scores by page type, the client's AI citations and the pages cited instead, fixes ranked by importance, and articles.
Each report also has a share link that opens a web page branded with your agency, with no login needed. Clients can follow their AI visibility between meetings, and you keep the relationship under your own brand.
Onboarding and support for agencies
Agency plans come with priority support and an onboarding call to set up your first clients, platforms and reports. Agency Starter and Agency Growth start with a 7-day free trial, and annual billing gives you two months free.
A first agency client is already running on Vizible AI with several of its own clients tracked, and a new client can be added the same day: enter its website, review its competitors and prompts, and daily tracking begins.
