Best AI visibility tools for agencies in 2026: 11 platforms compared on clients, reports and real cost

Agencies need unlimited clients, enough AI answers for all of them and reports with their own logo. Here are the 11 best AI visibility tools for agencies, each with who it suits, its pricing, its pros and cons, what its users report and the real monthly cost of serving 10 clients.

Louis Foweraker

Agency plans for AI visibility tools are priced on three things: how many clients you can add, how many AI answers you get, and whether reports carry your logo. For 10 clients tracked on 20 prompts and 3 engines, the monthly bill in October 2026 ranged from $189 on SE Visible to $3,990 on Profound. Vizible AI, which publishes this guide, starts at $169 a month with unlimited clients and white-label reports, Promptwatch starts at $199 with Claude included, and Peec AI at $245 for 3 client projects.

Every tool in this list was tested on a paid plan by Louis Foweraker, CEO and founder of Vizible AI. We compared 11 AI visibility tools on what an agency actually pays for: client capacity, the pool of AI answers, engines per client, client reporting, pitching, the real monthly cost of serving 10 clients and what users report. Every price was checked on the vendor's own pricing page on 25 October 2026, with the pages rendered in a browser because several of them load their prices with JavaScript.

What an agency needs from an AI visibility tool

An agency does not buy one dashboard, it buys a way to serve ten or fifty clients without the bill growing faster than the retainers. Four things decide the choice: how many client workspaces a plan includes, how many AI answers it analyses each month across all clients, whether reports carry the agency's logo, and whether you can audit a prospect before they sign.

The demand is there. In the 2026 AgencyAnalytics benchmarks report, based on 494 agency professionals surveyed from February to April 2026, 66% said AEO and SEO for AI search is the service clients most want added. Clients then ask for proof, and proof means a number they can follow month after month: their AI Share of Voice against their competitors.

Our guide to GEO for agencies explains how agencies package that service, and our comparison of tools to track brand mentions covers the brand-side plans.

How we chose these tools

We kept tools with a public agency plan or a clear multi-client offer, daily tracking, competitor comparison and source analysis. Then we compared them on six criteria.

  • Client capacity: how many client workspaces or projects each plan includes.
  • Answer pool: how many AI answers, credits or prompts the plan covers each month across all clients.
  • Engines per client: which engines every client gets, and which ones cost extra.
  • Client reporting: white-label PDFs, branded share links, Looker Studio and client logins.
  • Pitching: whether you can audit a prospect before they sign.
  • Cost for 10 clients: the plan an agency with 10 clients actually needs, calculated in the last section.
  • What users report: ratings and recurring praise or complaints on review platforms, and the findings of independent hands-on tests.

We use Vizible AI every day, since it is our product. For the ten others, the facts come from their public pricing pages and documentation as they stood on 25 October 2026, and from what their users and independent testers report: ratings and reviews on G2 and Trustpilot, and hands-on reviews such as Overthink Group's test of seven trackers and Zapier's guide. Each tool section ends with that feedback and its source, and we say so when a figure is our own calculation.

1. Vizible AI

Best for: agencies that want every client tracked on every engine, a report with their own logo, and a clear list of what to do next for each client.

Vizible AI gives each client its own space, with its prompts, competitors, sources, AI traffic, crawler logs, recommendations and website audit, and lets you follow all of them from one agency screen. Each client can use all six engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode) and run its prompts in its own country and language, so a French bank and a German retailer sit side by side in the same agency.

Every Monday, each client gets recommendations built from the last four weeks of AI answers: the sites to get it cited on, the pages to write, the platforms to be on, each with its proof. Every month, 30 key pages of each client's site are scanned with a score by page type and the fixes to make first, and each client gets 20 extra scans on demand.

Reports carry your agency's logo: a PDF covering visibility, competitors, results by engine, cited sources, the prompts tracked, the website audit and the top recommendations, over 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, or a share link that opens on a page with your logo, without a login. A separate website audit report lists the fixes by importance. The read-only MCP connector lets your team ask Claude or ChatGPT about any client, with each client's data kept separate.

Pricing: Vizible AI's agency plans cost $169 (€149) a month for 10,000 AI answers, $339 (€299) for 25,000 and $739 (€649) for 60,000, with unlimited clients and unlimited prompts on every plan. A pack of 5,000 extra answers costs $79 (€69) a month when you sign a new client. Agency Starter and Agency Growth start with a 7-day free trial, and every plan includes priority support and an onboarding call.

Pros

  • Unlimited clients and prompts, with all six engines for every client.
  • White-label PDF reports, branded share links and a website audit report.
  • Recommendations every Monday and a monthly site scan for each client.

Cons

  • No tracking of Claude, Grok, DeepSeek or Mistral.
  • The answer pool is shared, so a large client uses the volume of smaller ones.
  • 90 days of data history.

Our post on Vizible AI features for agencies walks through each one.

2. Promptwatch

Best for: agencies whose clients sell to developers or technical buyers who use Claude, and agencies that pitch a lot.

Promptwatch's agency plans track every model it supports for every project: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Meta's Llama, DeepSeek and Mistral, among others. Projects, pitch projects and prompts are unlimited on every agency plan, and each plan adds country, state and city tracking, visitor analytics events, crawler logs, an agent chat, and API and MCP access.

Pricing: Promptwatch's agency plans cost $199 a month for 10,000 responses on Kick-off, $399 for 25,000 on Growth and $799 for 65,000 on Scale, with a custom Enterprise plan above. Kick-off and Growth start with a 7-day free trial.

Pros

  • Every model on every agency plan, Claude and DeepSeek included.
  • Unlimited projects, pitch projects and prompts.
  • State and city tracking for local clients.

Cons

  • $30 more than Vizible AI for the same 10,000 answers a month.
  • Client reports go through custom reports and Data Studio; white-label PDFs are not listed.
  • A rich interface that takes time to learn for a small team.

What users and testers say: Promptwatch is rated 4.6 out of 5 from 21 reviews on G2. Users like the citation tracking, the MCP and API access and the monthly feature releases, and find the interface dense and slow to learn; one reviewer found that credits run out quickly.

See Vizible AI vs Promptwatch.

3. Peec AI

Best for: agencies that want detailed client dashboards and client logins, and that serve a known number of clients.

Peec AI's agency plans pool credits across client projects: one credit is one prompt on one model for one day, and the minimum per project is 900 credits, for example 10 prompts on 3 models. Every plan includes unlimited team users and unlimited client users, free pitch projects to audit prospects for 7 days, view-only dashboards for clients, Data Studio templates cloned per client and automated client reporting through its MCP server or agent.

Pricing: Peec AI's agency plans cost $245 a month for 10,000 credits and 3 projects on Essential, $495 for 25,000 credits and 10 projects on Growth, and $795 for 65,000 credits and 25 projects on Scale, with a custom Comprehensive plan above. Annual billing brings them to about $205, $420 and $675. Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral and Qwen are available through their APIs from Scale; Perplexity is listed only on Comprehensive.

Pros

  • Unlimited team users and client users on every plan.
  • Pitch projects to audit 3 to 7 prospects at a time.
  • Data Studio templates and automated client reports.

Cons

  • Each plan caps the number of client projects: 3, then 10, then 25.
  • $76 more than Vizible AI for the same 10,000 answers a month.
  • Perplexity only on the custom plan.

What users and testers say: Peec AI is rated 4.7 out of 5 from 21 reviews on G2, where users like the setup and the share-of-voice and citation metrics, and find the recommendations weak. Overthink Group scored it 3.2 out of 5, praising unlimited seats on the entry plan and finding that prompts often need relabelling by hand.

If you are moving away from it, our list of Peec AI alternatives compares every option, and Vizible AI vs Peec AI gives the head-to-head.

4. Searchable

Best for: agencies that sell content production as much as monitoring.

Searchable's agency plans combine tracking, site audits and article production. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity are included; Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta Muse are paid add-ons. White-label reports, Looker Studio, MCP and API access, agent analytics and unlimited seats come with every agency plan, and pitch prompts match the tracked prompts.

Pricing: Searchable's agency plans cost $250 a month for 5 projects, 200 prompts, 18,000 AI answers and 20 articles on Launch, $400 for 10 projects, 500 prompts and 80 articles on Growth, and from $999 for unlimited projects and 200 articles. Launch and Growth start with a 14-day free trial.

Pros

  • 20 to 200 articles a month included.
  • White-label reports and Looker Studio on every agency plan.
  • Unlimited seats, with 12 months of history on Launch and unlimited above.

Cons

  • Only 3 engines included; the others are add-ons.
  • 5 projects on Launch, so 10 clients need Growth.
  • The full white-label platform is still announced as coming soon.

What users and testers say: Searchable is rated 4.8 out of 5 from 104 reviews on G2, where users find it easy for non-technical teams and like audits that come with fixes, but 3.8 out of 5 from 17 reviews on Trustpilot, where recent complaints concern the content editor and billing after cancellation.

See Vizible AI vs Searchable.

5. Otterly.AI

Best for: agencies that want simple, cheap multi-client tracking on the main engines.

Otterly.AI includes unlimited workspaces, unlimited brand reports and unlimited team members from its Standard plan, with ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot tracked daily. Agencies that apply to its partner programme get 150 prompts on Standard instead of 100 and 500 on Premium instead of 400, pitch workspaces for prospects, reports in Looker Studio with their own branding, one invoice and co-marketing.

Pricing: Otterly.AI costs $189 a month for 100 prompts on Standard and $489 for 400 prompts on Premium, the plan it describes for agencies. 100 extra prompts cost $99 a month. Gemini and Google AI Mode cost $59 a month each on Standard and $149 each on Premium, and Claude $109 and $439.

Pros

  • Unlimited workspaces, team members and brand reports.
  • Extra prompts and pitch workspaces for agency partners.
  • One of the lowest monthly bills for 10 clients, with Perplexity included.

Cons

  • Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude are paid add-ons.
  • Branded reports go through Looker Studio rather than a built-in white-label PDF.
  • Partner benefits require an application.

What users and testers say: Otterly.AI is rated 4.7 out of 5 from 54 reviews on G2, where users praise the quick setup and the clean interface, and criticise reports that are hard to customise and the price jump from Lite to Standard. In Overthink Group's hands-on test, updated in January 2026, it scored 2.8 out of 5: strong control over brand names and domains, but reports that filter by one tag at a time.

See Vizible AI vs Otterly.AI.

6. Qwairy

Best for: French agencies that want about a dozen engines per client and EU data hosting.

Qwairy, made in France, has its own agency programme. Every plan covers about a dozen engines through their interfaces, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok and Meta AI, with pitch audits run within your credits and public competitor reports for prospects. Agency Business adds Virtual Teams, sub-teams with their own members and their own credit pool, and Looker Studio; the custom plan adds a white-label platform on your own domain and SSO.

Pricing: Qwairy's agency plans cost €99 a month excluding VAT for 1 workspace and 2,500 credits, €249 for 5 workspaces and 10,000 credits, and €499 for 20 workspaces and 30,000 credits, with two months free on annual billing. One credit covers one prompt on one engine for one run.

Pros

  • About a dozen engines per client, Claude and Grok included.
  • Virtual Teams with a credit budget per client or per pod.
  • EU hosting and a white-label platform on your own domain on the custom plan.

Cons

  • 1 workspace on the first agency plan, 5 on the second.
  • Credits take a calculation before you know your real prompt count.
  • White-label dashboards only on the custom plan.

What users and testers say: Qwairy is rated 4.7 out of 5 from 51 reviews on G2. Users praise the quick onboarding, the support and the wide engine coverage, and find the interface dense; premium engines also use more credits.

See Vizible AI vs Qwairy.

7. SE Visible

Best for: agencies with a few large clients, or that already use SE Ranking.

SE Visible, the AI visibility tool of SE Ranking, tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews daily, collects answers through the engines' interfaces, and includes unlimited users on every plan. Its FAQ states that the SE Ranking Agency Pack, with white-label reports, does not apply to SE Visible yet.

Pricing: SE Visible costs $89 a month for 75 prompts and 5 projects, $189 for 200 prompts and 10 projects, and $399 for 1,000 prompts and 30 projects, with a 10-day free trial and 20% off on annual billing.

Pros

  • The lowest cost per AI answer of the category.
  • Unlimited users on every plan.
  • Answers collected from the engines' interfaces.

Cons

  • The project cap, not the prompt count, limits an agency: Core stops at 10 projects, so an eleventh client means the $399 Agency plan.
  • No white-label reports yet.
  • No Perplexity and no Copilot.

What users and testers say: SE Visible has no reviews yet on G2 or Capterra. Exploding Topics, which belongs to Semrush, likes its sentiment and share-of-voice views for agencies with several domains, and notes that it tracks brand mentions rather than the pages the engines cite.

See Vizible AI vs SE Ranking.

8. Profound

Best for: large agencies and networks whose clients pay enterprise retainers.

Profound's Agency Growth plan includes an agency mode to manage workspaces, consolidated billing and 10 pitch workspaces a month, each running 25 prompts for 7 days on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Each full client workspace tracks 100 prompts daily on the same engines in one language, with 400 agent credits a month, 4 opportunities a week, Google Analytics data, all-time history and CSV or JSON exports. Agency Growth includes 5 agency seats; Agency Enterprise adds custom workspaces, a dedicated partner manager, Slack support, SSO and API access.

Pricing: Profound's agency plans add each client workspace for $399 a month and 5 more trial workspaces for $199 a month; Agency Enterprise is priced on request.

Pros

  • Pitch workspaces built for new business.
  • Agents and opportunities in every client workspace.
  • All-time history and exports.

Cons

  • $399 a month per client adds up fast: ten clients cost $3,990 a month.
  • 3 engines and 1 language per client workspace.
  • No API on Agency Growth.

What users and testers say: Profound is rated 4.5 out of 5 from more than 1,100 reviews on G2, by far the largest review base in this list. Users praise the dashboards and the support, and call it expensive for smaller companies. Overthink Group gave it the best score of its test, 3.6 out of 5, as the only tool that watched specific URLs for citations, but found its sentiment built on prompts the user did not choose.

9. Scrunch AI

Best for: agencies with a few large brands that want visibility, AI bot traffic and site fixes for each client.

Scrunch AI tracks prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot on its first plans, with citations and sources, sentiment, funnel stages, AI bot traffic, site audits and page optimisations. Its Enterprise plan adds Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode and Grok, API access and the Agent Experience Platform, which serves a version of your pages built for AI agents.

Pricing: Scrunch AI's agency plans start at $500 a month on Agency Core for 250 prompts and 10,000 AI responses a month across 3 brand workspaces, plus 3 pitch workspaces for partner agencies, unlimited users, Looker Studio and MCP access, with a 7-day free trial. More brands and the 9 engines of Enterprise are quoted on demand.

Pros

  • Unlimited users, Looker Studio and MCP access on Agency Core.
  • Pitch workspaces to audit prospects.
  • AI bot traffic and site audits for each brand.

Cons

  • Only 3 brand workspaces on Agency Core.
  • 4 engines before Enterprise.
  • $500 a month to start.

What users and testers say: Scrunch AI is rated 4.6 out of 5 from 74 reviews on G2. Users like the interface, the citation data and the tracking of AI referral traffic, and some find the four-week baseline slow and the contract terms rigid. Overthink Group scored it 3.4 out of 5: the best segmentation of its test, with shallow drill-down.

10. AthenaHQ

Best for: agencies that want to resell a tracker under a partner discount, with 11 models per client.

AthenaHQ counts usage in credits, one credit per AI answer. Its free Essential plan includes 300 credits on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot, with unlimited users, competitor and source insights and content recommendations. Starter adds Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral, unlimited topics and prompts, country-level tracking and a content optimisation agent.

Pricing: AthenaHQ publishes no agency price list. Its agency partner program offers discounted licenses that an agency can bundle with its own managed services, pitch-ready workspaces, client management with team permissions and Google Analytics, a GEO certification and a dedicated agency growth manager. For a single client, the self-serve Starter plan costs $295 a month for 3,600 credits.

Pros

  • Discounted licenses to bundle with your own services.
  • Pitch-ready workspaces and a GEO certification.
  • 11 models per client on Starter, Claude included.

Cons

  • No public agency price list.
  • $295 a month per client at the self-serve price.
  • A steep learning curve, according to users.

What users and testers say: AthenaHQ is rated 4.9 out of 5 from 39 reviews on G2, the highest score in this list. Users praise the Action Center and the gap analysis, and mention a steep learning curve and several days of work to set up the prompt library.

11. Writesonic

Best for: agencies that pitch a lot and want quick audits of prospects before they become clients.

Writesonic started as an AI writing tool and now sells AI visibility tracking inside its content platform. Its Starter plan tracks 50 prompts daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, with ads monitoring, 15 AI articles a month and 10 site audits; sentiment analysis starts on Growth, and the full Action Center and all 9 AI platforms come with Enterprise.

Pricing: Writesonic's agency plans start at $200 a month on Agency Starter for 20 pitch projects of 1 to 7 days each, 2,000 AI answers a month, shareable audit reports and unlimited users, on every model except Claude and Muse Spark. A pitch converts into a standard client project from $150 per project a month. Client workspaces, white-label reporting and all 9 models come with Enterprise, quoted on demand.

Pros

  • 20 pitch projects on the first agency plan.
  • Unlimited users and projects.
  • 7 models on the agency plan.

Cons

  • White-label reporting only on Enterprise.
  • Each standard client project costs from $150 a month.
  • No Claude before Enterprise.

What users and testers say: Writesonic is rated 4.7 out of 5 on G2 across more than 2,200 reviews, but most of them cover its writing tool rather than AI visibility tracking. NoGood's review finds the AI visibility insights lighter than those of dedicated trackers, with weak citation monitoring.

What 10 clients really cost on each tool

Take an agency with 10 clients, 20 prompts each, 3 engines, tracked daily: that is 18,000 AI answers a month. Here is the cheapest plan that covers it on each tool, by our calculation from each vendor's pricing page.

For an agency, the right price to compare is the cost of serving all your clients, not the entry price of the cheapest plan.

Two details change the result for your own list. Client caps matter more than volume: SE Visible, Searchable, Peec AI, Qwairy and Scrunch AI all push a 10-client agency to a higher plan because of projects or workspaces, not answers, and Writesonic charges for each client project. And engines matter more than they look: SE Visible and Otterly.AI are the only tools below Vizible AI on this scenario, SE Visible without Perplexity and Otterly.AI without Gemini or Google AI Mode.

What to put in a monthly client report

A good client report answers three questions: is the client named more often, against whom, and what did the agency change. Show the client's share of voice against the same competitors every month, the sources that cite it and the ones that cite competitors instead, and the pages or placements you worked on.

Keep the method stable so the numbers stay comparable from one month to the next: same prompts, same engines, same country, and the mention rate alongside the vendor's score. Our guide on how to measure AI Share of Voice explains how to set it up, and our post on measuring AI traffic in Google Analytics 4 covers the traffic side.

How to choose the right AI visibility tool for your agency

Start from the way your agency sells, then pick the tool built for it.

  • You sell AI visibility as a monthly service with reports: Vizible AI, with white-label PDFs, share links and recommendations for every client.
  • Your clients sell to technical buyers who use Claude: Promptwatch, or Qwairy on a euro budget.
  • You sell content production: Searchable, or Writesonic if you also pitch a lot.
  • You want detailed client logins and Data Studio: Peec AI.
  • You need the lowest bill on 4 engines: SE Visible, Otterly.AI if your clients need Perplexity, or Vizible AI if they also need Gemini and Google AI Mode.
  • You serve a few large clients: SE Visible.
  • You are a network with enterprise clients: Profound.
  • You serve a few large brands and want site fixes for each: Scrunch AI's Agency Core, or Vizible AI's agency plans.
  • You want to resell a tracker with your own services: AthenaHQ's agency partner program.

Before you sign, run the calculation above with your own client list, and test the tool on two real clients for a week: the report you would send them is the best test of the tool.
